John,  It is rare that an organization so impresses you with such a quick and efficient response to a service need as yours did when we called on March 21 with a complete failure of our phone system.  Thinking back on the events of the day, I believe we called your firm around 8:30 AM.  By 9:30 AM I believe all the new equipment was on site, and three of your techs were busy pulling out the old system.  By 10:30 our critical lines and extensions had been restored, and by noon all extensions were active and your guys were training our folks on how to use the new system.

Bottom line, what could have been a lost day for us due to communications failure turned out far better than expected.  Thanks for a job well done.
